ACD Extension Options

I have inherited a Option 51 phone system with Meridian Max for ACD. I am a somewhat newbie and I am running into issues daily. Today's issue is:

Our 800 number gives an option to dial an extension. I am assuming this is a front end to our ACD. This option allows you to choose both ACD agents and non agents by extension. My question is how do you add adtional extensions to be dialed? For example, my DN is 350 and when you dial it the message say this extension is not reachable. Is there some setting where I can define what extensions the ACD will switch to?

Will it dial any extension starting with 3xx?
 
what are the acd numbers ? do they also start with 3?
 
Are you using Meridian Mail? Sounds like you are accessing an auto attendant there. (Your 800 number would be pointed to some internal number that is linked to this menu in your voicemail.)
 
We are using Meridian Mail. I did some digging and found an autoattendant that has a dial thru on it for 200#s and 300#s. The extension in question is 259. Is there someplace that lists which numbers are available for the dial thru?
