I have inherited a Option 51 phone system with Meridian Max for ACD. I am a somewhat newbie and I am running into issues daily. Today's issue is:
Our 800 number gives an option to dial an extension. I am assuming this is a front end to our ACD. This option allows you to choose both ACD agents and non agents by extension. My question is how do you add adtional extensions to be dialed? For example, my DN is 350 and when you dial it the message say this extension is not reachable. Is there some setting where I can define what extensions the ACD will switch to?
