Hi Guys,

I've got a strange problem which i've never seen before.

I have an HotDesk user that's also an ACD express agent, however when this agent logs on their Hotdesk extension no buttons are available for programing.

They use 5330 phones, all other hotdesk users works fine, only the ACD agent that has this problem.

There's also a clear visible difference on the phone desktop, if I for example set the text size to small you usually get some lines to differ the buttons, but on the agent everythings still blank.

Is there anyone that's seen this before? is it an design intent? i don't have any other system available to test this on at the moment.

Details:
MCD 4.1 (latest release)
ACD express and hotdesking
5330 IP phones

Regards
Mattias

This is not design intend. The best way of clearing this fault might be a Backup/restore to check the database.

Does the user when logging in as an ACD user have programmable keys?

Stupid question but have you confirmed that the hotdesk user has keys programming assigned.

With a typical ACD set, the station where you login already has the keys assigned.

With ACD Hotdesking- the Hotdesk user needs to have the keys assigned.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for all responses, a "simple" system reboot fixed the issue :)
