ACD Don't go to voicemail if a line is active

the problem we're having is if one of the extensions in the acd group is accidentally left in an on state.. the line rings indefinitley instead of going to the voicemail assigned to the acd group.. is there a way to get the voicemail to pick up after so many rings instead of just letting it go to limbo?
 
In the ACDN, set these 2 prompt to

RTQT 8 or whatever number of rings you want
RTQO MSB after 8 rings will place the set in MSB (essentiall logging that agent out)

You can also set overflow and such...but the above will gaurantee the Q will close when someone forget to logout
