My customer wants an 800 number to ring 2 times, instead of 6 times. How do I change this? I don't see an option in load 23...

Thanks!

Does this 800 number terminate on an ACD or does it ring on a phone

There is a cdn which points to this acd, also. I hope this isn't too long a read...

When you say it rings 6 times, what answers on the 6th ring, is it a recording or is it a live agent.

It rings to the first announcement...then goes to a person.

If it takes 6 rings for the recording to answer you don't have enough ran trunks. check the route for the ran and see if it is set for delayed, IMM or continous play.
