OK. Pardon if this sounds rambling, but it's my first post.
I have a Meridian Option 11C, and a while back, the numbering plan was re-done after a problem (I'm new to this PBX world, and wasn't on-board for that). The new numbering plan has a rather large range of ACD DNs, as in the following:
ACD DN 6000 6499
Now, we do have valid in-use ACD DNs in that range, but we also have a series of used Regular DNs there. What I need to know is this:
Is there a way to find out what ACD DNs have ACD Pos IDs assigned to them? If a valid queue is 6000, can I find out what Pos IDs are assigned to that?
Any help is appreciated.
