On the reload you should see a SYS message before the INI if it was a corruption problem. You may be short on call registers or there may be another call processing problem that should have been indicated with BUG and ERR messages before the reload.
Check your Call registers and if happens again look for BUG and ERR codes. Make sure they are turned on in PARM and TTY and history file
