We have corruption on three TN's at the moment. ACD agents / Supervisor were moved using MOV, ECH etc... I know it is not the way to do it but the tech was not aware.
The TN's in question show that they have a supervisor. Cannot remove the agent or delete the TN. Problem is the key they refer to is out of range. Shows a blank supervisor ID + key 65 but supervisor set goes to 55.

Key 00 ACD 4740 1 4359
SUPY ACID KEY 65

My question is: Do I need to get this TN recovered through PDT2 access or may a SYSLOAD work.

Thanks

A sysload will fix it 99.99% of the time. If you have made other changes, or are about to, do an EDD first. If the MOV was performed yesterday or before, be aware that a data dump was performed the night after your work. So there is no reason not to Data Dump in that case.

Let's say this morning at 7AM you made a major goof-up, and want to undo it. If you do the Sysload before the next midnight routines start, you will restore your system to what it was the previous day.
