acd codes change after reboot

I have a cp 150 and it has happened 4 times, sometimes not allways after removing power and repowering the acd, the acd logon codes and the other acd codes as well ,monitor, ready,etc,change. When it was first installed the logon code was 904,then it changed to 914 and now i am up to 946 for logon,all the voice mail codes remain the same,only acd codes change.
Question; what causes the codes to change and can i change the codes back to default without defaulting the phone system or call pilot?

Power down the call pilot, go into fxtest, wipe out all the codes,(could be alot). Power up the call pilot, all codes should go back to default. This has been a problem with 2.x software.
