ACD Calls dropping

At random periods, all of my ACD agent's calls are dropping. There is no set length, it varies from 2 seconds to 30 seconds. There was no recent change to the system. The agents are 5212's on a Mitell 3300 LX, Rls 7. Before you recommend it, upgrading the system to MCD is not an options.

Does it happend to non ACD sets? What type of trunking SIP, PRI or analog? What do the callers experience on the drop?
