ACD Caller just hears ring back

I have a CS1KE and I'm not using any call center application just switch ACD.
The queue in question has SDNB = No and NCFW defined with a DN

Problem to resolve:
With only 1 agent logged in and using their Secondary DN (personal line), the next ACD Caller that hits the queue only hear ring back. (at least I think the call hits the queue) I need to figure out why they don't hear FRRT & SRRT until the angent end the call on the personal line.

Any help in pointing me in the correct direction would be appreciated.
 
FRRT and SRRT are both on timers, so you would not hear them until the timers kick in. You might want to set FROA (First Ran On Arrival) to yes to hear the first one immediately, if no agent is available.
