I have a CS1KE and I'm not using any call center application just switch ACD.
The queue in question has SDNB = No and NCFW defined with a DN
Problem to resolve:
With only 1 agent logged in and using their Secondary DN (personal line), the next ACD Caller that hits the queue only hear ring back. (at least I think the call hits the queue) I need to figure out why they don't hear FRRT & SRRT until the angent end the call on the personal line.
Any help in pointing me in the correct direction would be appreciated.
