ACD Call

I have 20 people in an ACD group. I would like to make test calls to 1 phone in the group on the ACD line. How do I force the calls to go to this one phone.

I can't do this because its a customer service ACD line and very busy. I didn't know if there was a way of directing a call using the person's ACDID.

You could create a dummy ACD Q with only that phone in it ?

no that would require symposium, and a short script, one of the uses of an acd group is to insure that no one can receive direct calls, you can allow calls to a secondary dn, but can't pick a single logged on user..
