ACD call forward to other DN in day time

Hi,
Program a Phantom in the switch with a default CFW to the normal destination (the current destination of the Night CFW of the ACD Q), a cfw and a Station Control Password.
Change the Night CFW of the ACD to the new phantom.
In a normal situation the ACD will forward to the phantom and the phantom will forward to the normal destination. If the person at the normal destination will leave his/her desk he/she can forward the phantom to another destination, using the remote CFW FFC. And when he/she comes back, he/she can cancel the forward of the phantom.
