ACD call forcing not working with contact center

Call forcing is turned on but it does not present the call to the agent headset it just rings on the in-calls key
 
You have to turn Call Forcing on in the Call Presentation Class of Contact Center and assign the agents to that Class. Turning it on in the ACD block of LD 23 does nothing when Contact Center is in control.
