I have an ACD Supervisor who logs in occasionally to take calls when the group is busy. When she is done with a call and hangs up the system logs her out. Is this a feature or is my system corrupt? I can'y find anything that would even allow that. The user should log out themself unless the "Return to Queue on No answer" kicks in. Anybody have this happen?
