Ok so I have an agent who is auto answer. I have her log in and the default audio path is set to headset. After pressing login, entering her acd, and successful logon tones are heard. waiting for the line instance to clear, or hitting release, the line instance is dropped and the agent is promptly logged out. I can login and remain logged in with the handset off the hook so I'm at a loss as to why the headset is dropping after getting the successful logged in tones. Any thoughts?
