Acd and Voicemail

I would still like any opinions on why I cant get calls thru the ACD to go to an Auto attd

Are you using an "ACD" computer, or just the CALLING GROUP feature?

Depending on the "Hunt Type" of your calling group - you can easily send unanswered calls to an autoattendant or mailbox - after a specified time of "overflow". If the Hunt Type is "Group Ring" - then you need to use a looparound (which may require some additional equipment)- to accopmplish this same task. Otherwise - it is a simple matter of setting up overflow for your group to the voicemail calling group - and creating either a regular mailbox or autoattendant mailbox for the group in voicemail sdministration.
