I have a site with a 3300 MXE on Version 9ur3 with 3 tennants.
The one tennant has a 30 seat Call centre. There own IP Console controls their Day & Night service. Is there a way to have them use the Automated business time schedule to control the Day & night sevice or will it effect the eintire system? The other option is to seperate the ACD agents and path into another tennant group but then manually control day & night service. They want it automated, any other ideas?
