nSolve to a very good tapi Application that integrates well with the BCM, and would be perfect for your dentist client.
For your Telemarketing Client, I would suggest you use the In Contact Centre in the BCM, Al you would need is additional licensing depending on the requirements.( Agents Skillsets etc. you might even be able to get a try n but license, but i am not sure if it is available for Contact centre.
