ACD and queue announcement.

Hi,
Having
MD110 (IDENTITY=BC10-1LIM, VERSION=LZY2035151/4/R3A) I can't run repeated announcement about position in queue.
It means - a call queued, receives WELCOM and QUEUE announcement one time - RAGAI:GRP=...,WELCOM=...,QUEUE=...,REPQUE=8,EWT=YES. Only if REPQUEUE is no EWT in RAMDI (RAMDI:MSG=8,ANN=8 it is played repeatedly (after each 30 sec).

If it is:
RAMDI:MSG=6,ANN=8,EWT=1&&30;
RAMDI:MSG=7,ANN=8,EWT=31&&60;
RAMDI:MSG=8,ANN=8,EWT=61&&300;
no repeatedly announcement is played.

Does it mean that MD110 doesn't provide dynamic queue position or my settings are wrong ?

You can not play ewt-Message as repqueue. For me it is a logical behavour of the MD, that such a repqueue is not played.

The most used messages:

Welcome message is played once, if an agent is free or not. At least 1 agent must be available.

Queue message is played once, only if there is no agent free but at least 1 ia available.
Queue message can give EWT if properly configured. But also this EWT message is played ONCE.


Queue repeat message is played every x seconds (depends on BC version. Up and until BC11 every 30 sec (System parameter). In BC12 it is group parameter dependant (I think 20-300 sec.).
