Has anyone ever setup SNMP Monitoring on the ACD or CSS? I'm dealing with ACD v9.0 and CSS v7.1. I have read the documentation for both and found the MIB files just where it said they would be. I've built a Fedora Core 4 Linux box with OpenNMS for the monitoring software. It can see my ACD and CSS just fine and I imported the 'aspect_common.mib' file without problem. However, when I try to import the 'aspect_acd.mib' and 'css.my' MIB files, it gives me a segmentation fault. I'm sure this issue is more likely a problem with OpenNMS but I was just wondering if anyone else had ever used Aspect's MIB files - with OpenNMS, HP OpenView or any other SNMP software.
