Mar 11, 2008 #1 telecomPA MIS Jul 9, 2007 413 US hi all, if i build a set for ACD 3000 and assign key 0 as key 0 ACD 3000 o xxxx (position ID). can i add a DWC key on that set for several queues, not just 3000? also, can that phone built on ACD 3000 takes call from another queue w/out having Symposium?
