hi all, if i build a set for ACD 3000 and assign key 0 as

key 0 ACD 3000 o xxxx (position ID).

can i add a DWC key on that set for several queues, not just 3000?

also, can that phone built on ACD 3000 takes call from another queue w/out having Symposium?

in the cls, type SPV, then you can and no, they can't take calls from other queues

You can answer calls from up to 5 queues if you have the Multiple Queue Assignment (MQA) package installed.

MQA requires Meridian Max, he doesnt have max or symposium

thanks. we're going to 5.0, but as mentioned above, we don't have MAX or Symposium, so i guess my staff is stuck on one ACD queue per set.
