I am working on a DR plan for our small call center (10ppl using 2216s). I plan to use analog sets that are located in another branch accross a T-1 for the DR sets. This would simulate me having to relocate our call center untill repairs could be made. The branch that the call center resides in now is a Opt. 61, and the branch that I would need to build the DR sets is also a Opt. 61. Once we start the test, I would like to have the 2500 sets built in advance set up with an ACD. I would then night call forward the ACDN to the ACD with the 2500 sets. My problem is this, I don't see alot of information on building 2500 sets for ACD use. When building them, how will they know what ACDN they belong to? I know this may seem a round about way of doing this, but in an emergency, it may be the quickest way being that the 2500 sets are already on site and we have the open analog ports.
Thanks in advance for your input!
