Hi All,
We have a SX200 ICP with that we are using ACD and Auto Attendant.
When we received a call the AA answer the call.. The user will press (1)for Customer services which will ring 270 which is the ACD path. The ACD exten will ring twice then goes back into the ACD queue and just stay there. However,
If i dialed the ACD number 270 everything work as it should.
What we want is when the caller select 1 the call ring the AC path and follow the path rather than ringing the extn twice and pulling the call back.
