Hi!

Did You know if the Opc81 came with 4 ACD Agents Licenses by Default and then You have to buy on top of that?

The thing is that I had to do an inventory of ACD Positons on an OPc81 for Administrative Reason, to know how are distributed from Departments and I found that the real POS ID's programed on the System are 4 more than the Total (TOT) on LD11 and in System Limits so it's like this:

SLT: ACD AGENTS 252 LEFT 4 USED 248

LD11: ACD AGENTS AVAIL: 4 USED: 248 TOT: 252

On the System are programed 256 and on LD11 and SLT are 252 Total Licenses, I search on the NTP's and at this moment I didn't found something that tell me if the OPc81 comes with 4 ACD Agent Licences by default and are not showing on the SLT.

thanks!

Hi!

The other thing is that in the Printous says that are 248 programed on the system and like I said are 256.

We have:

8 Call Pilot ACD ports
32 MICA ACD ports
4 Remote Observe ACD ports
16 Conference Bridge ACD ports

I don't know if the PBX dosn't count some of that like ACD Agents Licences.

CP ACD agents are not counted against the license.

You're require to have at a minimum of 1 ACD agent license free to build out the CP ports, but after that, regardless of how many CP ports you build it will not count against your ISM. Same goes for AST on CP ports if you're using it for CC integration.

Thanks yyrkoon!

I did the math on what I have on the PBX excluding the CP ACD Agents and that's right the totals match.
