ACD Agents ability to identify which queue the call is coming from?

Good Morning,

(ACD's are not my strength [smile])

Is it possible for agents who work in multiple queues to identify which queue the caller is coming from so they know exactly how to answer the call?

I think you need to test this one because I am pretty sure they get an indication in the display of the split they answer.
