acd agent/user cannot call fwd to an outside line 1

hi,

after upgrading our call pilot and ccm (maybe just a coincidence), user cannot call fwd to outside line. was able to fwd before upgrade. i've tried everything i can think of and i'm stumped! same thing w/ cfw 16 and 11.

well, i changed cfw from 16 to 11 and a couple other things. basically, i mirrored his set to another agent that can call fwd w/ no problem...atleast i thought i mirrored it!!! i missed the CFXA. i'm pretty sure that's it, thanks!
