ACD Agent Set - CDR records incoming call against personal DN - OKCH

I have a CS1000M at 7.5
I have a few ACD queues.
The agents personal DN's are typically configured as SCR's on Key 3.
I have set their CLS to OKCH which is supposed to have CDR recorded against the key 3 and not the prime DN.

However, it doesn't appear to work for incoming calls to their individual DN. When I run a CDR report for their individual DN I can see their outbound calls only - not their incoming.

Maybe my understanding of this OKCH is incorrect.

Any thoughts?

You also have to allow incoming CDR in the route.

INC = Yes in cdr_data
