Although de acquiring the TN can be don in LD 48. It's best to do this on the application such as Symposium or CC6 etc. You can only acquire the TN from the applications, whereas you can de acquire them from the Call Server.

Go to your manager.... be it web client or fat client. Login.
Go to configuration
Go to Phonesets and Voice Ports
When you have opened this you will see the list of TNs that are configured in CC6 / Symposium.
Now.... If you dacquired from the PABX, when you locate the CC6 TN you will no doubt see that it is already acquired. This is a good case of CC6 telling lies.
From here, deacquire, update, and then reacquire the TN.
Then, go to the PABX, do a print on the TN and you should see the bit map.
