Hi, I have a small office that has acd non-hotdesk agents (system is using tennancy) who want personal voicemail for other members of staff to transfer calls to when they are out of the office.
In the past I have put the voicemail directly on the phone that the agent uses which means that they have 2 numbers (one for the acd agent and the other for the phone to transfer to voicemail).
Is there a neater way of doing this?
