Guys,

Can an ACD supervisor logout an Agent remotely by dialing FAC? Note ACD Agent is Standard, not HotDesk.

Unless it was introduced recently, there is no way to remote logout an agent

Do you have a CCM? The interactive contact center can login in and out ACD agents I believe.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
