A ACD agent of ours was having issues with her phone and replaced it while apparently still logged in. The set she grabbed of course had a different Ext number. I was able to get her previous Ext number on the new phone. But the system shows her still logged in. The "Make Busy" is lit. She is unable to Logout or Login using her Agent Id. She is able to login under another agents ID. We tried to delete her as an agent, but we can't while she shows logged in. Is there a way to force a Logout?
