ACD Agent Logout Lockout

A ACD agent of ours was having issues with her phone and replaced it while apparently still logged in. The set she grabbed of course had a different Ext number. I was able to get her previous Ext number on the new phone. But the system shows her still logged in. The "Make Busy" is lit. She is unable to Logout or Login using her Agent Id. She is able to login under another agents ID. We tried to delete her as an agent, but we can't while she shows logged in. Is there a way to force a Logout?
 
No. You must reconnect the original phone (or one of same type) and logout. If were talking IP phones here, then re-assigning the MAC of the original DN to a working phone should do the trick

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.
 
We did put the original phone back in and changed the IP address. The phones are 5220 IP. The results are still the same. We cannot log her out.
 
Do you have a 6100 with ICC?

If so have you tried to logout via that?
