Yes if you use Contact Centre Client with the 6100 CCM
I think what you are after is call duration display which kicks in when a pstn trunk is calling.
If the call is solely private network then no timer is displayed
The contaqct center client can show them the call duration. Advantage is that it will show HH:MM:SS instead of just HH:MM.
I'm somewhat surprised that it does not display already on the phone so it is hard to imagine how you might have it set up whereby it does not display.
