ACD Agent - Length of call on phone display

Mitel 3300 CX-II Release 4.1 with 5324 phones.

Is it possible for an agent who is taking a call to see the length of call timer on the display so they know how long they have been on the call for?

Yes if you use Contact Centre Client with the 6100 CCM
I think what you are after is call duration display which kicks in when a pstn trunk is calling.
If the call is solely private network then no timer is displayed

So it cannot be seen on the phone display, but we could install the Contact Center Client on the agents pc for them to see this?
 
The contaqct center client can show them the call duration. Advantage is that it will show HH:MM:SS instead of just HH:MM.

I'm somewhat surprised that it does not display already on the phone so it is hard to imagine how you might have it set up whereby it does not display.
