Opt 81 Rls 25. Agent forgets to logout. Is there anyway to have the system log the agent out after a call comes in?

I can only find that in a Symposium/CCMS6.0 type application.

USER PROPERTIES for an AGENT ID
Return call to Queue after (?)seconds then make Phoneset
(Not Ready, Make Busy)

The basic ACD packages do not have that listed as an available feature.

When I find myself on the road less travelled, it just means I'm lost.

No symposium, only ivr and ccr. ccr is not in use.

Can you print your acd queue in ld 23?

Do you not have an RTQT prompt for your queue?

change the acd and hit enter until the RTQT prompt - enter the number of rings until it returns to queue the next prompt, RTQO, is asking what you want done with the set and you can enter MSB to make the set busy.

You don't have to have Symposium to do this but you may have to have a higher ACD package than the very basic. I forget which package enables this but plenty here will know or a search on RTQT will probably reveal it.

Thanks. This will work. The only reason I did not see the RTQT prompt in LD23 was because FORC was yes.
