A co-worker and I have been given the responsibility of maintaining a series of Mitel 3300 ICP. A few weeks ago, he went to remove a user that was being termed, but tried to complete while the user was logged in as an ACD agent.
Now I am unable to find any of the other information pertaining to the user, 1st call re-route, agent ID, etc to remove. When we try to remove the extension, it states that the user is logged in and cannot be completed.
Is there any way to force a logoff for a ACD agent. I have tried the help files, but am not able to gain enough information to remove or find.
