ACD Agent DSS Key

Have ACD set on a customers system and the managers user the dss keys to see who is on the phone and who is not. My worry is that the extn number under the key is not the ACD users id but the extn number of the phone. As long as the right user log's into the right handset with their ACD id could this be a good way to see who is on the phone for each ACD group..

System Type?

You might have access to Status Keys for agents log in Id's. Can't say because I don't know what system you're on or the SW level.

On a 3300 you can not program an agent ID as a key appearance and I would think that would apply to a DSS. I would think what you want to do will not work on that platform. Are you talking a 5000 or 200ICP?
