Hello,
I've looked everywhere but I can't find if I an ACD agent can do CFNA to their VM? Obviously they're still logged on to their agent group. I'd guess it's not possible but I was thinking what other alternatives do I have?

I've got a an ACD group 3000 with traditional ACD agents 200 & 201, while their base xtn is 100 & 101. They need to take calls for their own xtn no as well as for the ACD grp. If I configure a multicall key as 100 on xtn 200, would that work? Then I can reroute 100 to the VM on 1st alternative.

assuming its a MCd , yes they should be able to use 1st alternative or fwd nans to vmail

it will only work on direct calls to their extension not calls from the path

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Agree with Billz66. You can forward calls direct to the base extensions DN but any calls coming from the queue can't be forwarded.

You can't duct tape stupid.
