ACD Agent belongs to multiple Skill Groups 1

Hi Guys,

One of our customers has got an ACD environment where his agents belong to multiple Skilll Groups. The question is, Can an agent login and then select what skill group he will be availabe at.

With group presence control they can change their availability on a group by group basis
