Hi!
I have two CDN adquire in Symposium , but in reports this CDN show like ACD active .
Any Ideas?

ACD Active means the call defaulted to the ACDDN...just because its acquire doesn't mean a whole lot if the scripting is faulty.
 
I compare this CDN whit other working good and your setup is ok in Symposium , but I can´t work this two CDN

If you dial the CDN does the call arrive at the proper skillset? Or does it hit the (default) ACD Queue?
Then you can determine if the scripting is ok.
 
If I dial the DID (this number have a target this CDN) the call is present in Agent , but symposium show no active in Skillset.

Un-acquire the CDN and then re-acquire it again. See if that does the trick.
