ACD 9.3 Traffic Info

I am fairly new to the ACD what is the best way to get Traffic Usage Reports for incoming/outgoing T1's. Trying to determine if I have enough trunking to support some new Uniphi Connect users.

Sort by date Sort by votes
Run trunk busy, trunk summary, and trunk utilization reports. If you have CE10.
