Coming from the 2616's to the 3905's for the ACD group and having an issue with the headsets. These are NON amplified headsets and when I plug them into the 3905 it sounds just like you would expect...non amplified. To the point you cant hear anything with all volume levels cranked all the way up. I went thru the menu on the phone and tried to choose the headset type but no matter what I choose it doesn't seem to make any difference. Is there a feature in the template I'm missing? Does it not work the way I think it does? Does the 3905 require an amplified headset to work right?

ACD 3905's and Headsets

no, we took our plantronics wireless and hardwired off of the 2250's and installed them on the 3905's. same part number as the ones we us on 2616s.. you do know that the headset plugs into the bottom of the 05 not the monitor jack. that was the 1st place i tested.
