ACD 2500 Set 1

Can not find how to build 2500 set acd.Have looked in ld - 10 not real clear.We are using CC^ also third party IVR using Nortel CCT.I see where you have to say yess to AACD ast AST AGTA in Class but how do you enter ACD queue and agent ID ? Any takers samuri18@juno.com

all you need is cls agta then ftr acd 1234 0 2354. then in ffc add a code for logi
