I'm not entirely sure what you mean.
Do you mean the users of the RedHat machine, thise whom have login accounts for shell/desktop/mail access, or do you mean users of the local mysql database?
The first question depends on whether LDAP or similar is used.
The second depends on your privileges as a user of the database.
If you have root access, or sufficient access rights for the mysql database, you can indeed find all of teh usernames of the users of the database.
