ACCS Reporting - Terminologies

Hi guys! Can someone enlighten me those terminologies in ACCS Reporting specially in Agent Performance report. Whats the meaning of DN Calls, Trans out, Conf out? And also how to know how many abandoned calls get thru out the day? What reporting should I get for abandoned calls?
