ACCS IPOSE Select 9.1 accssync

With the auto sync feature of ACCS on IPOSE, does anyone know if you can change the username on each individual user? We had the usernames configured, but then when ACCS did it's sync, they were all changed to Agent XXXX.

We are in the middle of deploying ACCS with Business Continuity (similar to AACC HA).

Export the users to a csv file, change the names in the csv file and import it back.

Until the accssync occurs again and they all go back to Agent XXXX

Not yet....i am considering disabling the accssync
