Has anyone else utilized AWFOS with ACCS/IPOSE and had the customer want to give ACCS agents using a softphone access to start a recording manually?
As far as I can tell, I can have them record automatically and then pause/cancel or not record.
If they were using a desk phone I can use local recording via the mailbox but softphone (communicator/workplaces) doesn't allow it.
Amy recommendations?
