if we have an IVR menu on OD, can for some options transfer the calls to IPO HGs?

Sure, just "route call <HG number>" in scripting.
Not sure what it is in the GUI thing because I refuse
to use it.

Unlike you, I work on GUI.
I searched all the documents and found no single example either on both way
if you can point me this I will work on the script and convert it to flow and see how it works

I think it appears under transitions or something similar in the GUI. There are a few radio buttons
like Disconnect etc but one of them is Route Call.
btw it may not seem like it but scripting is easier & quicker imho than that GUI thing. And you have
years of tips via the Nortel Symposium forum here as ACCS is more or less the same thing aside from
voice prompt handling as it's now SIP.

Hi aah74,

Using the "Finish" block and pressing the Radio Button " Route Call" on the DN box enter either the DN number or HG.

Thank you for the great solution. I invite you to learn to flow, it is more fun than script :).

How Can I give you the star on your solution in this new forum-style
