ACCS CCMM customer database external source sync

Hi,
is that possible to upload customer contacts (eg name, phone number, email etc) to the CCMM customer database from external source? --> the customer details fields on the AAD:

I can read the caché Multimedia name space, but i have no rights for sql inserts (i tested with the sysadmin, and mmReport accounts)

any ideas?
