ACCS callback request

Hi all

I have ipoffice server edition r10.1 and ACCS r 7.0.2
The customer wants when a call is in queue to give the customer the option to press 1 to request a call back.From the manuals i found that i need to install the callback assistant on a different server for this to work.
Is there any other way to do this?
 
Yep I got an answer from Avaya saying this but is way too expensive
