ACCS bayeux port for rest API integration

Hi,
The older AACC versions supported the bayeux protocol for rest API integration on the 9091 port.
But in ACCS, that port is closed.
Do you have any idea, how can we use the bayeux protocol for the rest api? Do i need anything to configure on the ACCS server, etc?
I did not find anything relevant in the documentations.
i would appreciate any help
