ACCS: Agent Desktop - Web Statistics

Hi. I have enabled the Web-Statistics function for a supervisor using Agent-Desktop, but no realtime data is displayed.
This setting in: Multimedia -> CCMM Agent Desktop Configuration -> Common settings -> Web Statistics -> Check "Enable Web Statistics"
Do you know if there is any other setting to do? Thanks

yep for some strange reason they did not add the web stats server by default during install wizard.
In multimedia client, Go to general administration > server settings > New > add CC Web Stats
IP is the IP of ACCS (do not use FQDN there is a bug that will make this fail)
port must be 9086

Also, webstats is terrible

Hi Bucky, thank you for your useful information. I'm still learning how to set up ACCS.
In fact WebStats is a bit simple, I worked with IPOCC where the User-Interface client could be customizable.
